Speaking to your doctor at Eccleston
In an emergency it is possible to speak to your doctor at anytime during the normal working day (8:30am to 6:30pm) but please give as much information as possible to the receptionist so they can put you through to the appropriate doctor.
For non-urgent calls please telephone between 11:00am and 4:00pm at these times the doctor will have more time to deal with your problem.
You may be asked for some information re the telephone call to pass on to the doctor and you may be asked to call back at a certain time or you may be asked if the doctor can call you back at a certain time.
