As we are trying to reduce footfall into the surgery we would appreciate if repeat prescriptions could be done online using the My GP App (call reception for your credentials).
If ordering by telephone please ring between 13:00pm and 16:00pm on our dedicated ordering line 01257 513901 Option 2 . Remember to allow 48 hours before collecting your prescription.
Patients on regular medication do not always need to see a doctor to obtain a repeat prescription.
We can also send your prescriptions to the local chemists for you and also arrange for delivery for patients who are unable to collect from the chemist.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Third Party Ordering
Please note that from the 24th April, we will no longer be accepting prescription requests from ANY CHEMIST, ANY OUTSIDE AGENCY OR ANY APPLIANCE STORE.
So if you are capable of ordering your own medications/products or appliances, then you will need to order your prescriptions yourself.
