If you require an appointment please ring us so that you can have a telephone or video consultation. We are here if you need us. Calls are triaged and in some cases you will be asked to come down for a face to face consultation but under strict safety measures.
Over the coming weeks we are making safety changes at both sites to ensure safety for yourselves and for the team.
Walk in clinic at Croston will not be available for the foreseeable future.
We will keep you all updated of any changes and thank you all for your support and understanding during this difficult period.

The title of Queen’s Nurse is given to individual nurses who have demonstrated a high level of commitment to patient care and nursing practice. The award also offers recipients the chance to spread their good practice as it allows them to be involved in developing and influencing national policy and practice in nursing. There are currently only about 1,400 in England who hold this title.
Mrs Yates has been a nurse for 31 years, 28 of which have been in general practice and 14 years being an advanced clinical nurse practitioner.
